Connection is the Key to Communication
During this quarter, I gained a deeper understanding of the brief history of the internet, especially the connection to the Philippines. I learned about how the internet started as a project called ARPANET in the United States and evolved into the global network it is today. I also discovered that the Philippines first connected to the internet on March 29, 1994, marking a significant milestone in our country's digital journey. This knowledge has helped me appreciate the complexity and the expansion of modern technology.
My biggest challenge this quarter was not being able to attend the lecture of our ICT class during the nutrijingle making activity. This made it difficult to fully absorb the instructions and key concepts discussed by our teacher, which were essential for completing the lessons.
Despite missing the lecture, I was able to face this challenge by finishing the requirements on time. I did this by actively communicating with my classmates to get notes and clarifications on the missed lessons. I also conducted my own research online, specifically on modules to understand those passed lessons, ensuring I could complete my part of the nutrijingle effectively and meet the deadline.
